Documents required for self employed mortgage

o   Application form to be duly filled and signed on all pages.
o   LOU to be duly signed by applicant/ applicants on all pages - Attached ( if 2 applicants 2 forms will be required )
o   Valid - Passport, Visa & Emirates ID copy - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on all pages.
o   Copy of Trade license(all pages) - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on all pages.
o   Copy of chamber of commerce - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on all pages.
o   Copy of Memorandum of Association/AOA(including all the amendments since the establishment of company) - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on first and last page of MOU and Amendments individually applicant/ applicants on all pages.
o   Board resolution(if applicable) - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on all pages.
o   Audited Financials for the last 2 years - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on first and last page.
o   Company Bank Statements of last 06 Months for all accounts in all currencies (original/copy of original - if originals not available copies of bank statements printed on white sheet & stamped by bank) - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on first and last page of each Month.
o   Personal Bank statements of last 6 months(original) - Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on first and last page of each Month.
o   Copy of Company facility letters (if any).
o   Details of all personal liabilities ( copies of offer letters) and credit card ( copy of Credit card statement)- Duly signed by applicant/ applicants on first and last page.
o   Pre-approval fees cheque  favoring the designated bank.
o   Copy of tenancy contract of company with warehouse if applicable.
o   Few Sample - Sales and Purchase invoices five each.
o   Profile of company if there is no web site
o   Any additional supporting documents ( Not Mandatory) that can support the case - like list of tie ups, list of suppliers, list of buyers, sample contract copies etc.

Documents required for salaried applicant

o   Duly filled application form signed by the applicant
o   Original salary certificate with designation, DOJ, nationality and Passport no. addressed to designated bank
o   Valid passport and visa page copy
o   Valid Emirates card copy
o   Payslips provided for salary details if variation in salary credit in the bank statements
o   Updated 6 months bank statements in original or stamped by bank

o   Note: In case of sale and purchase transaction ---

Documents required from Seller

o   Memorandum of Understanding
o   Copy of the title deed
o   Copy of the Affection Plan (For Villa)
o   Copy of the floor plan
o   Seller Passport Copy
o   Seller POA passport copy (In case of POA transaction)
o   POA attested by Dubai court

In case of buyout transaction

o   Copy of the Loan offer letter from the existing bank
o   Loan repayment track record for 6 months

Documents required for business loan
o   Trade License all pages
o   MOU all pages with all amendments(old and new MOU)
o   Audited financials for 3yrs
o   All business facility and loan letters
o   Chamber of commerce
o   Clear passport copy and visa page and Emirates ID of all partner and UAE national as per MOA
o   One year  bank statement ( all accounts) company account and personal account
o   Labour/employee list
o   Tenancy contract of office
o   Dewa Bill
o   Customer and supplier list (5 invoice copy of your sale)
